Returns & Refunds

Returns & Refunds

At Syntrix Peptides UK, we want orders to arrive correctly and in good condition. Please read our returns and refund information below before making a purchase.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and our standard returns procedure will apply.

Returns

If you wish to return an eligible product, please contact us before sending anything back.

Products must be returned unopened, unused, in their original sealed packaging and in a resalable condition.

Because some products may have specific storage, handling or contamination requirements, certain opened, unsealed or temperature-sensitive products may not be suitable for return once supplied. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive an incorrect product.

Include your order number, details of the issue and photographs where appropriate so we can investigate and arrange a suitable resolution.

Refunds

Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Where a return is due to a change of mind, the customer may be responsible for return postage costs where permitted by law.

Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by your statutory rights, we will handle return costs as required under applicable UK consumer law.

Research Products

All research products sold by Syntrix Peptides UK are supplied strictly for laboratory and research purposes only and are not intended for human consumption or therapeutic use.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under applicable UK consumer law.
